Orders typically ship within 3-5 weeks. Standard shipping takes 5–7 days on top of this. We do offer an expedited shipping option though. Rush orders typically ship in 2-3, standard shipping applies to this as well. TIMING cannot be guaranteed due to supply chain delays and order volume.

Each custom item is hand-created, requiring about 2-8 hours of work. From start to finish, between design and creation, the process usually takes roughly 3–4 weeks.

Each item is handmade and typically takes 2–3 weeks to complete. If you order multiple items, production may take longer, and delays are likely. To help avoid extended wait times, please reach out to me so we can arrange separate shipping for items as they are finished.

Due to the personalized nature, custom items cannot be returned, or refunded.
